Error Message: "No Audio Track Found"
While processing, you might frequently encounter errors like "Unrecognized, please check if the video contains an audio track." Here are the common reasons and solutions:
The video genuinely has no sound. Especially with videos downloaded from YouTube, the video and audio are often downloaded separately and then merged. If the download is interrupted, the merging process might fail, leaving you with only the visual part and no sound.
Solution: Re-download the video and play it to check if it has sound.
Sound exists, but the background noise is too high. For example, videos recorded on busy streets or at concerts might have excessive background noise, preventing the system from recognizing any speech.
Solution: Select "Keep Background Sound" or use a background noise removal tool beforehand to reduce the noise.
The selected "Original Language" doesn't match the language spoken in the video. For instance, if the video contains English speech, you should select "English" as the original language. Choosing "Chinese" will prevent accurate speech recognition.
Solution: Ensure the selected "Original Language" matches the language spoken in the video.
